Program Overview

The Health Equity Micro-grants program supports community-based organizations working to improve health outcomes in underserved populations. We fund innovative approaches to reducing health disparities and improving access to care.

Mental health support services
Maternal and child health initiatives
Chronic disease prevention programs

Eligibility Requirements

Registered nonprofit organization
Minimum 2 years of operational history
Demonstrated community health focus
Clear project plan and budget
