For Donors

Every donation is tracked through our integrated ERP system. You'll receive real-time updates, photos, and impact reports showing exactly how your contribution made a difference. Each campaign provides transparent reporting with GPS-tagged distributions and beneficiary verification.

Yes! Tax receipts are automatically generated and can be downloaded from your donor dashboard after each donation. For recurring donations, you'll receive annual summaries for tax purposes.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, mobile money (M-Pesa, etc.), PayPal, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption.

Absolutely. During checkout, you can choose to hide your name from public donor lists. Your information remains private and is only used for receipt generation and communication purposes.

For NGOs

Click "Register Your NGO" and submit your organization's legal documents, including registration certificate, tax exemption status, and bank account details. Our compliance team verifies applications within 5-7 business days.

Required documents include: NGO registration certificate, tax exemption certificate (if applicable), board member identification, bank account verification, and organizational bylaws. Additional documents may be requested based on your jurisdiction.

Funds are disbursed in stages based on project milestones and KPIs. This ensures accountability and allows donors to track progress. Disbursements are made directly to your verified bank account within 7-14 business days of milestone approval.

Payments & Security

Yes, we use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through certified payment gateways.

Yes, you can cancel or modify recurring donations anytime from your donor dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. No fees are charged for cancellation.

Platform & Technical

We conduct thorough KYB (Know Your Business) verification including legal registration checks, AML/CFT screening, sanctions list checks, and ongoing monitoring. Only verified organizations can receive funds through our platform.
